The much awaited Anniversary of our Company is just a few months from now and im so worried to this my bellys :(, and i know that i gain a lot fat this year, but its never too late i still have 2 months to go :).
and so i decided to write what will i do to atleast lessen the fats around my waist, 🙂 so here’s my list.
- Make RICE invisible.
mwahahahha and so this is inspired by a one netizen who think that every 50.00 pesos that comes to her is invisible so I will just copy the idea and i choose the rice to be invisible 😀
- SAY NO TO CHIPS.
I have to bid goodbye for now.
- LEARN TO SWIM.
According to what i have read , swimming is a good exercise to loose fats and tone your arm.
- NO DINNER.!!! before 6pm
- STRICTLY NO MEAT DURING THE PERIOD
And the result: I will post an update how I achieved these goal.
